Think Pink

Happy Friday everyone! I’m ready for fall weather, apple picking, pumpkin carving and baking some yummy treats this weekend. Tomorrow is October 1st which means it’s officially Breast Cancer awareness month!

Football players will rock pink “accessories”, restaurants will serve you in pink shirts, comic strips will be printed in pink, offices will organize “pink day” at work and girls will sport a pink hair extension to show their support.

  1. PINK SHATTER?!??
    I mean if it’s for a good cause…

  2. Love all the PINK! I want to participate in a walk, I will have to see if I can still sign up for one around here maybe!

    Happy Weekend! xoxo ❤

  3. I’m not participating in a run, but I would like to sponsor Think Pink/Breast Cancer awareness as much as possible- both my grandmothers have had it (and one died from it) as well as one of my aunts; thank you for posting this 🙂

  4. I am loving all the PINK! There is a walk in my town at the end of October that I am walking in with my mom 🙂

  5. Great article! I will wear all my pink to the Redskins game mid-October!

  6. Love it when the NFL players support the cause and strut their stuff in pink! 🙂

  7. They have tons of pink stuff for Komen at Forever21. Just another excuse to go spend money there! Thankfully pink is my favorite color. I’m participating in a walk, and I also work for the colleges against cancer on my campus, so we do a lot of events for breast cancer.

  8. Love all the pink! I posted about some of these products last week, and *need* to find that nail polish! I haven’t seen the pink shoes, but now those are on the list too. And the mixer…gah, someday. No guilt for feeling self-indulgent lusting over these things because the proceeds support a cause that has affected so many people I love.

I’d love to participate in a walk, but not sure when they’re happening. I’m going to look into it today!

    Happy weekend, pretty lady! xoxo

  9. THANK YOU for doing this. 🙂 I’m actually planning a post for BCA soon… since it’s now a cause so near and dear to my fam. 🙂
